Asus announced the motherboards that will support Intel's latest Core2 Extreme/Core2 Duo 1333FSB processors.
ASUS currently offers a wide range of motherboards that can take advantage of Intel's latest Core2 Extreme/Core2 Duo 1333FSB processors. The Core2 Extreme/Core2 Duo 1333FSB processors offer a significant performance boost while providing an overall more energy efficient platform.
Below are the ASUS motherboards that are currently Core2 Extreme/Core2 Duo 1333FSB-ready. Asus said that it will provide hardware and firmware (BIOS) updates for optimal Core2 Extreme/Core2 Duo 1333FSB performance and functionality. Also, more Core2 Extreme/Core2 Duo 1333FSB-ready ASUS motherboards will be announced soon.
