Sapphire Technology is now shipping AGP versions of its latest series of midrange and mainstream graphics accelerators.
Two new AGP families offer a choice in price and performance whilst delivering the features of the most sophisticated graphics architecture available.
The new X1650 series is an enhancement of the successful X1600 series and has been designed to deliver high efficiency, high performance in Shader Model 3.0 and enhanced image quality. The architecture also supports AvivoTM delivering vibrant high fidelity images and video playback to the latest High Definition (HD) video standards. The new AGP version delivers exciting new levels of display quality and performance over this industry standard graphics interface.
The Sapphire RADEON X1650Pro AGP with its 12 Shader processor units and 4 Pixel pipelines provides the highest graphics performance in its class even for shader intensive gaming. Equipped with 256MB of GDDR3 memory, this model features core clock speeds of 590MHz and memory speeds of 690 MHz (1380MHz effective).
Also available now, the new X1300XT AGP shares many of the same features as the X1650 series but at lower price points. Two versions are available, both running at 500MHz core clock speeds but offering a choice of 256 MB of GDDR3 memory operating at 500MHz (1000MHz effective) or 512 MB of DDR2 running at 400MHz (800MHz effective).
Sapphire?s RADEON X1000 series delivers the best graphics and video performance in the industry. For more details please visit www.sapphiretech.com
