 Fifth Media launches Unique Windows Mobile Smart Phones

Message Text: Fifth Media is certainly innovating with Smartphones and is introducing a PDA phone (smartphone) that has the capability of reading ISO7816 chips embedded in contact Smartcards.

The AXIA A108 Smartcard Reader PDA Phone is a GSM/GPRS phone running the Windows CE .NET operating system. Designed for industrial applications, the AXIA has been designed to be both sturdy, as well as usable.

The new line of phones includes the A108, A208 and A308 Smartphones.

The A108

This GSM tri-band mobile device is targeted at young professionals who want a phone that offers a host of lifestyle features and some basic PDA functions in a handy size.

Besides communication functions like e-mail, Internet browsing, messaging, MMS and fax, the AXIA offers fun features like a built-in Megapixel camera, video recorder, music player and entertaining games. As a PDA, the AXIA packs standard utilities like a Scheduler, Address Book, Notes and Tasks.

Weighing just 120g and measuring just 11 cm (h) x 4.8 cm (w) x 2.2 cm (d), the AXIA features a touch-screen as well as a hard alpha-numeric keypad to give easy access to its many functions.



The A308 offers:

- Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE PDA Phone on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PC OS with Bluetooth and Wifi connectivity.
- The world?s smallest PDA Phone on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PC operating system.
- Quad-band capabilities keep the user connected from just about anywhere in the world.

Meanwhile, the stable Microsoft Windows Mobile platform gives the user easy access a host of functions; from email and sms management, to calendar and making Notes and To Do Lists.

Device designed to allow battery changing without switching off the phone.
