Microtech Systems today announced the launch and availability of its new Blu-ray line of publishing solutions.
Microtech's Xpress XL automated solutions are designed to produce large volumes of professional CDs, DVDs and BDs with customized digital content and direct-to-disc printed labels.
The platform offers 12 recorders and two label printers, featuring an 800-disc capacity, with a corresponding fully-loaded digital production output of 20TB.
Microtech solutions feature advanced printing technologies, including the K2 thermal printer. Additional printing technologies include the PR13 thermal printer and the XpressJet II inkjet printer, developed in partnership with Hewlett Packard for professional print quality (4800 dpi).
