Toshiba launched on Tuesday the Satellite M105 Series notebooks that run with Intel Core Duo and Intel Core Solo processors.
The new Satellite M105 notebook line offers a 14.1-inch diagonal widescreen TruBrite display, a DVD SuperMulti Double Layer drive that reads and writes in up to 11 formats, a 5,400 rpm serial-ATA (SATA) and DDR2 533MHz memory.
It also includes a 5-in-1 media adapter and Express Media Player.
The basic version, the M105-S3001 is pre-configured and sells for $1,099.99.
The Satellite M105-S3021 features an Intel Core Solo Processor T1300 (1.66GHz, 2MB L2, 667MHz FSB), 100GB hard drive for , 512MB of memory and Microsoft Windows XP Home operating system. It sells for $1,149.99.
A more advanced version, the M105-S3004, with more memory, built-in harman/kardon stereo speakers, a fingerprint reader, and Microsoft Windows XP Media Center will sell for $1,349.99.
All models will also include four USB2.0, TV-Out (S-Video), iLINK IEEE 1394, RGB, RJ-11 modem (v.92), RJ-45 LAN, headphone and microphone ports. |
