Data Translation today announced the release of Broadway Pro(TM) 5.1, an enhanced version of its complete digital video capture system that now supports Microsoft® Windows Media Encoder 7 (with Windows 2000 Pro OS). Additionally, Broadway Pro is compatible with AMD, Celeron(TM), and Pentium® systems for compression to MPEG-2. Targeted to both professionals and enthusiasts, the Broadway Pro 5.1 is a fully integrated solution that allows users to simply connect a video camera or VCR to a Windows®-based PC to create videos for live Web streaming, multimedia documents, presentations, Web pages, video CDs, DVDs, and digital archives.
