Message Text: On February 11th, 2005 ODTC received the certificate of conformance from the Philips Standards & Format Verification Laboratory.

The DVD+RW 8x media developed by Philips ODTC are the first products that successfully passed the DVD+RW format verification. This means that the media are conform the format specifications of the DVD+RW 8x book* ensuring good compatibility for playback and recording. With the DVD+RW 8x media it is possible to write and rewrite up to 4.7GB of video and/or data on a single layer.
