Message Text: A Taiwanese workshop has been busted for counterfeiting and remarking AMD processors.

Few details are given, but it appears that as many as one million chips were seized. This is why they lock the multipliers, folks.

Update - It appears that only 60,000 remarked CPUs may have been seized in the raid, although one million are suspected to have shipped to Germany and China. The remarked chips may actually be defective CPUs stolen from one of AMD's packaging and testing plants.
