Victor Company of Japan (JVC) will begin marketing in early November the KAIROKU LUPIN DR-MX5 (250GB) and DR-MX3 (160GB), the latest VHS/hard drive/DVD personal video recorders.
Also available are the DR-MH55 (250GB) and DR-MH35 (160GB), models without VHS capability. All models feature a high-speed 64x hard drive to DVD recording capability, and are open-priced.
JVC will produce 10,000 units of the DR-MX5, 15,000 units of the DR-MX3, 5,000 units of the DR-MH55 and 15,000 units of the DR-MH35 per month. |
