I-O Data released new external protable DVD burners


I-O Data announced DVRP-UT4 and DVRP-UN4 Slim drives, capable of 2x DVD-RAM and 4x DVD+/-R burning. The drives also supports 4x DVD+/-RW and 16x CD-R/RW writing.

The drives are accompanied with the Ulead DVD Diskrecording SE burning software and with a convenient carrying case. It supports Windows XP/2000 Pro/Me together.

The new drives will be available in the Japanese market this summer for the price of 33,390 Yen (260 euro)
