Sony sues Kodak over digital camera patents

Sony has filed a lawsuit against Eastman Kodak for infringing 10 of its patents on digital camera technologies.

In the complaint, Sony sought damages and an injunction against further use of the technologies, including one related to electronic shutters.

The petition followed a suit filed by Kodak against Sony on March 9 for violation of 10 of Kodak's patents on digital camera technologies.
