DVD-RW47K is the name of the new single sided, 4x DVD-RW media. The new media adopts a high precision board with which the rotation stabilizes even in high speeds. This makes it capable for excellent data preservation and durability, while attaining a low error rate all over the disk.

TDK also announced DVD-RW120K for high quality video recording, capable of 120 minutes playback.

The media’s price is still open and will be released on the Japanese market from the 8th of March.
