New 8x DVD+/-R recorder from IO Data


DVR-ABH8BK is IO’s new black coloured DVD recorder, supporting 8x speed for DVD +/-R and 4x for DVD +/ - RW media. The drive is capable of the following writing speeds: 3x for DVD-RAM (cartridge type not supported), 24x for CD-R and 16x for CD-RW. DVD-ROM reading at 12x is also supported.

IO Data’s DVR-ABH8BK is compatible with Windows 2000/XP.

The drive comes with a great variety of software including DVD DiskRecorder SE, DVD MovieWriter Advance SE, B's Recorder GOLD BASIC Ver.7, B's CLiP5, Photoshop Mini Album, VideoStudio 7 SE and Ulead DVD Player.

In the Japanese market the product will be released in the middle of March at the price of 27,500 Yen (206 Euro).
