Plasmon to host UDO Partner Pavilion at CeBIT 2004

Plasmon today announces that it will be hosting a UDO Partner Pavilion at this year’s CeBIT being held between 18th and 24th March in Hall 1, Stand 9a4, in Hannover, Germany.

Plasmon will be showcasing its UDO™ technology and G-Series 5.25 inch optical libraries, and will also be joined in the Pavilion by partners including: Hewlett Packard, Verbatim (Mitsubishi Kagaku Media), QStar, Pegasus, Saperion, KPar, Lorenz and ATTO.

UDO has been specifically designed to meet the demands of professional archival storage environments and complies with stringent government regulations for secure long-term record retention. UDO offers true Write Once and Rewritable 30GB media that provides a three-fold increase in capacity at a five-fold decrease in cost when compared to the previous generation 5.25 inch MO (Magneto Optical) storage.
