Philips announces dual layer DVD+R Video format specifications


Philips will release the v1.9 of the DVD+R video specifications on february 6, 2004. The specifications will be distribution to all companies with a relevant agreement. Compared to the previous version this tentative specification adds support for dual layer DVD+R discs and has additional navigation flexibility.
