Sanyo announces UM Doctor Pro II testing utility


Sanyo Japan announced the availability of the UM Doctor Pro II utility, a powerful software that checks the quality of recorded CD and DVD media.

The software supports checking of all DVD-ROM, DVD-R/-RW, DVD+R/+RW media condition (PI, PI uncorrectable errors) and CD-R/RW media (C1, C2 error rate). The supported readers are only the Optorite DD0203 and DD0202.

UM Doctor Pro II is available for downloading in the Sanyo website, at a price of 10,000 Yen (78 Euros).
