All three first-tier Taiwanese optical storage disc makers – Ritek, CMC Magnetics (CMC) and Prodisc Technology – reported year-on-year and month-on-month growth in July revenues, thanks to continuing strong sales of CD-R and DVD-R discs, according to DigiTimes.
