Toshiba changed selling date for the new "RD-XS31" hybrid recorder

The selling date for Toshiba's new "RD-XS31" hybrid initially scheduled for July 22 changed due to firmware verification delays, according to the company. The new sale day is not decided yet.

The RD-XS31 is an DVD/HDD hybrid stand alone recorder supporting DVD-RAM/RW/R writing. The recorder uses a 80GB HDD and offers advanced network functions. Its price is expected to be around 800 EU.
