Nichia Corporation got The Nikkei BP Technology Prize


Nikkei Business Publication Inc. announced Nichia Corporation was given The Nikkei BP Technology Prize of Electronics Field for their new High Power Ultra-Violet LED. This New High Power Ultra-Violet LED has 100mW of Optical Output Power and it will be able to develop LED with higher color rendering in future.
