MET posts December 2002 monthly sales report


M.E.T. technology Co.,Ltd. ( 6212 ) today announced that net Sales for Dec. 2002 were NT$ 400,772 thousand, representing a 28.6 % increase over the previous month, 61.16 % increase over sales of NT$ 2,778,068 thousand in 2001. The sales results were 90.58 % with MET’s previous forecast of Aug. 22 2002.

The aggregate Q4 2002 net Sales was NT$ 1,021,767 thousand, up 17.1 % from NT$ 872,555 thousand in Q3 2002, but the Gross Margin Rate compared with the last Quarter was slightly decreased.
