Panasonic announces 24/10/24 external portable USB 2.0 CD-RW drive!


Panasonic Japan, announced today a new recorder with the codename "KXL-RW40AN". The drive supports 24x writing, 10x re-writing, 24x reading, 2MB Buffer and JustLink as the main buffer underrun technology. The drive will hit the market early August at the price range of 20.000 Yen.

Specifications:
- Writing speeds: 4X, 8X (CLV), 16X, 24X (Z-CLV)
- Re-writing Speeds: 4X, 8X, 10X
- Reading: 24X (CAV)
- Buffer: 2MB + JustLink
- Weight: 300gr!
