Sanyo announces CRD-BP1800P (48x/16x/48x) CD-RW


Sanyo announced today a new CD-RW drive with the codename "CRD-BP1800". The new recorder supports 48x writing, 16x re-writing and 48x reading, among with BURN-Proof, Safe-BP, Shock-BP and FlexSS-BP technologies.

The adoption of a FlexSS-BP technology which automatically selects the optimum recording speed for each disc.
The adoption of a Shock-BP technology which detects shock and prevents a writing mistake.
Safe-BP technology which detects recording error due to irregular mechanical characteristics.
