Adaptec releases new ASPI layer build

Adaptec released yesterday a new ASPI layer (v4.70) for using with Win 98, Me, NT, 2k and XP. The driver is now freely available (you no longer need an Adaptec product to install them). Note that the new ASPI layer doesn't support any more Windows 95!
