Waitec announces two new recorders

Waitec has further expanded its vast range of advanced CD-RW by introducing its new model, Storm 32. Storm 32 combines high-speed, attractive pricing and great reliability thanks to Waitec’s Safe Link technology which makes buffer under run errors practically impossible despite the extremely high recording velocity.

Storm 32 is an Ultra Fast and Ultra Safe Drive capable of recording any kind of file at the amazingly high-speed of 32x. The new Storm 32x10x40x Safe Link model is the perfect solution for frequent, ultra-fast and error–free archiving or exchanging of large volumes of data. Storm 32 also features an amazing Fast Audio Extraction of up to 24x. At the same time Waitec announces the introduction of 32x, 80 minute media, with 700 MB Storage capacity, created to work perfectly with Waitec’s high-speed CD-Rewriters. The ideal burn speed is determined for each individual CD and adapted where necessary. Storm 32, like all Waitec drives, has a 2-year guarantee.

Waitec is introducing a new Combi drive called SphinX 16 which combines both a CD-RW and a DVD player in one drive. This strategic combination has been conceived due to the fast growing consumer electronic products in the market, which are of course the DVDs and CD-RWs. Thanks to SfinX 16, the end user will be finally able to make his or her own CDs containing music or data and will also be able to view all personal DVDs or any DVD available in the market. Furthermore, SfinX 16 is compatible with all CD and DVD media and can read DVD+RW discs as well.

Sfinx 16 is an Ultra Fast and Ultra Safe Drive capable of recording to CDRW media at a high-speed of 16x any kind of file and is also capable to play back at a 10x speed any DVD containing movies or games. SfinX 16 also features an amazing Fast Audio Extraction of up to 24x, and is provided, as with all Waitec drives, with Safe Link Technology, which avoids buffer under-run errors. Sfinx 16, as with all Waitec drives, has a 2 years guarantee.
