YAMAHA recommends Adaptec's USB2connect 3100LP


Adaptec today announced that Yamaha has recommended Adaptec's USB2connect 3100LP USB 2.0 host bus adapters for use with its USB 2.0 portable CD-R/RW (model CRW 70). Yamaha's new USB 2.0 CD-R/RW has completed extensive compatibility testing with Adaptec's USB2connect 3100LP host bus adapter to ensure compatibility and interoperability.

We are recognized as a leader in CD recorder development around the world because our products offer the highest quality and excellent cost performance," said Mr. Masami Takeuchi, General Manager of IT Sales division, AV & IT Business Group of Yamaha Corporation. "Our new USB2.0 CD-R/RW is designed with the latest technology. We recommend Adaptec's USB2connect 3100LP for use with our CD-RW because this interface card is reliable and has been proven by Adaptec's long-term leadership in SCSI and high-speed I/O.".
