Sanyo Japan announced today the CRD-BP1500U series. The BP1500U will ship both as internal and external and will support USB 2.0 as the main connection interface. The drive is based upon the 1500x series (supports 24x writing, 10x re-writing, 40x reading) and as it seems will become the next hotsales for various OEM resellers.
