Philips terminates patent license for Infodisc


"...Due to persistent non-compliance, a Notice of Termination dated February 16, 2001 was issued to Infodisc Technology Co., Ltd. ("Infodisc") in relation to its DVD Video Disc and DVD ROM Disc Patent License Agreement. Henceforth, all DVD Video or DVD ROM discs manufactured and/or sold by Infodisc are unlicensed products. We hereby categorically reserve all rights against Infodisc and/or any person/entity supplied with infringing products from Infodisc..."
