Smart Storage announces support for HP 9.1 GB MO drives


"...Smart Storage today announced its support for Hewlett Packard's newest line of 9.1 GB magneto-optical drives and jukeboxes with its SmartStor Ascent Storage and SmartStor InfiNet products. HP's new jukeboxes offer a 75 percent capacity increase and 30 percent transfer-rate improvement over the previous generation of HP's 5.2 GB optical jukeboxes. Smart Storage's support of HP's 9.1 GB jukeboxes is within the current shipping versions of Ascent Storage and InfiNet products..."
