Sony is launching their new Full HD 3D home theater projector, the VPL-HW45ES.
The new compact VPL-HW45ES projector incorporates Sony’s SXRDTM panels and Reality Creation technology. These technologies offer detailed Full HD images, with improved brightness, contrast and resolution from its predecessor, the VPL-HW40ES.
The $2,000 projector fits into any home theater or living room, equipped with a quiet fan that will not disturb the show and a front-facing exhaust port for extra installation flexibility. The projector’s lamp has a generous operation time of up to 6,000 hours.
The VPL-HW45ES has a 1,800 lumens brightness, a USB port on the interface panel and a built-in RF 3D transmitter. The latter automatically recognizes 2D or 3D content and offers a choice of picture modes to suit any content. With manual zoom and wide lens shift range, the VPL-HW45ES gives greater installation flexibility in any room size.
