May 25, 2000, Westlake Village, CA – All Things DVD, Inc. announced today that it has reached an agreement with Sanyo for e-commerce sales of the new Sanyo BURN-Proof Drive in the U.S. and Canada. A new Internet site was created to handle the information on this new technology, which eliminates buffer under run errors. The new site will be launched on May 26th. The URL will be http://www.perfectcdrw.com .

From this site end users will be able to access information and purchase the new BURN-Proof CD-RW drive from Sanyo. ‘We are offering a great value in this latest in CD-RW technology,” said Saul Freedman, President, All Things DVD, Inc. “The end user will also get a cake plate (50 pack) of 12X CD-R media with their purchase of the BURN-Proof drive, “ Freedman added. This is a limited promotion. The cake plate retails for $49.95.
