Play backups in PS2?


"..A latest news source from Japan reported that some guys had already found out a method to play backups on the PS2. Firstly, you must disassemble the PS2. Secondly, you must buy a knob and place it on the top of the original PS2 disc to make it more stable. Then you can turn on your PS2 now. After the Playstation logo comes up, you must take out the knob and the original disc quickly (the disc is still spinning) and quickly replace it with the backup and the knob. Then the backup will run normally. However, I have not tried this method. Since I am 100% sure that this will damage to the PS2 within hundred of tries.."
