ALCATEL ONETOUCH Launches New Affordable Smartphones


ALCATEL ONETOUCH today announced the availability of their newest smartphones being added to the T-Mobile product lineup, the Fierce 2 and the Evolve 2.

Both will be available nationwide beginning in September.

The Fierce 2 offers a balance of features and easy-to-use design for users looking to purchase an affordable smartphone. As the follow-up to the Fierce launched with T-Mobile last year, the Fierce 2 comes with a 5-inch qHD display, it runs Android KitKat 4.4, has a Full HD 5MP main camera with creative features like HDR (High Dynamic Range), Panorama and Burst Shot.

Key features of the Fierce 2 include:

- 5"qHD display
- 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
- Android KitKat 4.4
- 5MP Full HD auto-focus main camera + VGA front camera
- 9.9mm thick
- 1GB of RAM + 4GB of storage (expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD)
- 2000mAH battery for up to 6 hours of talk time and 350 hours of standby time

Featuring a compact design, the Evolve 2 is an entry-level smartphone at an extremely wallet-friendly price. Upgrading both the processor and Android operating system from the Evolve launched last year with T-Mobile, the all-new Evolve 2 is made for users looking to upgrade to a smartphone that will run all their apps while staying connected on-the-go. This smartphone comes with a 4-inch display, and is ready to go out of the box, with voice commands and pre-configured home screens that feature essential apps and widgets loaded directly onto them.

- 1.3GHz dual-core processor
- Android KitKat 4.4
