Samsung Galaxy S5 Rumored For 2014

According to South Korean media sources, Samsung is planning to launch of its latest high-end smartphone - the The Galaxy S5 - as early as January 2014 and launched during the following month.

The previous models in the line, the Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4, were launched in May 2012 and April 2013 respectively.

According to the reports, Samsung's decision to fast-track the new model is based on slowing sales of the Galaxy S4, despite the strong sales in the first weeks after its official release.

In addition, rumors suggesting that the forthcoming Galaxy S5 will be equipped with a 64-bit processor - possibly the same that is found in Apple's iPhone 5s - as well as a 16MP camera.
