Samsung today announced three new lines of monitors
designed for businesses.
The new SC200, SC450 and SC650 Series monitors feature the
latest in LED technology and Samsung's slim-profile
styling with a smaller base footprint and slim designs.
Ergonomic stands in all the models tilt for comfortable
viewing in a variety of applications, while the SC450 and
SC650 Series also include a fully height adjustable stand
with swivel and rotate features.
Features like the ultra-low standby energy consumption of
0.1 watts, compared to industry typical of 0.5 watts,
ensure lower energy footprint over the life of the
product, even when the monitor is not in use. With LED
backlight technology, the SC200, SC450 and SC650 Series
use 30 to 50 percent less power than conventional CCFL
monitors, plus the ECO features further reduce energy use
by an additional 20 to 50 percent.
SC200 Series
Designed for small and medium sized businesses, the SC200
Series offers an affordable display solution. With
Samsung?s thin bezel design, matte display and cable
management features, the 200 Series clears the clutter
from a workspace and allows users to focus on the task at
hand.

SC450 Series
The SC450 Series focuses on productivity, comfort and
flexibility thanks to its ergonomic features and
connectivity options.
The height-adjustable stand and pivot feature allows users
to quickly position the display to suit their desired
viewing height and angle. With a swivel stand, users can
swivel the monitor to the left or right without concern
over anything getting in the way around the base.
Moreover, much of the SC450 Series is TAA compliant, which
means companies and government agencies now have an even
broader selection of monitors to choose from.

SC650 Series
Designed for business users working in environments that
demand more accurate image reproduction, the SC650 Series
utilizes an upgraded panel technology. Higher static
contrast, more accurate color and a low-glare panel
promise to provide an improved image over standard
TN-based monitors. The 27" model also provides 5000:1
static contrast ratio. Plus, with 178 degree wide viewing
angle, the image stays more stable and accurate at off
angle viewing.
The SC650 series also features Display Port, HDMI, and VGA
inputs as well as built in speakers in many of the models.
