HP Joins One-Blue Licensing Program for Blu-ray Disc Products

One-Blue today announced that Hewlett-Packard, the world?s largest technology company, has joined the One-Blue product licensing program as a licensor.

HP has been a contributor to the development of the Blu-ray Disc standard and joins current licensors Cyberlink, Hitachi, Panasonic, Philips and Sony.

"We are very pleased that HP has joined our licensing program as a licensor. HP has made significant contributions to the Blu-ray DiscTM standard and therefore adds valuable essential patents to the program.
