New Samsung P2770FH Monitor Boasts 1ms Response Time


Samsung today announced the new SyncMaster P2770FH monitor which offers an unprecedented 1 ms response time.

The company also announced the launch of a new line of 31 series LED-backlit monitors.

Featuring a response time of just 1ms, the Samsung P2770FH virtually eliminates motion blur and ghosting effects in the monitor

Video editors will especially appreciate the lightning-quick response time, which eliminates motion blur and ghosting effects that hinder accuracy during the editing process. Additionally, computer gamers will benefit from the quick response.

Additionally, the P2770FH?s 70,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and enriched color gamut offers a premium quality display for a variety of applications.

The 27-inch LCD monitor is also accented by Samsung?s Touch of Color red finish and a simple stand. It also comes equipped with a HDMI input.

31 series LED-backlit monitors

Samsung also today announced the launch of a new line of 31 series LED-backlit monitors.

"The 31 series LED monitors fit the needs of consumers looking to upgrade to an LED monitor on a budget, especially this holiday season," said Young Bae, director of display marketing, Samsung Enterprise Business Division.

The displays each consume up to 40 percent less energy than same-sized CCFL backlit monitors and contain no mercury or halogens making them easier to recycle.

The monitors are built to fit almost any office or home aesthetic, with availability in four sizes ? the 20 inch, BX2031, 21.5 inch BX2231, 23 inch BX2331 and 24 inch BX2431.

The 31 series monitors also allow the user to connect to a Blu-ray player and an HD gaming system simultaneously with 2 HDMI ports.
