Nero's products have earned the "Compatible with Windows 7" logo from Microsoft Corp.

Both Nero 9 digital media and home entertainment suite; and Nero BackItUp & Burn have passed Microsoft-designed tests for compatibility and reliability on the new Windows 7 operating system, Nero announced.'

A new update of Nero 9 and Nero BackItUp & Burn with "Compatible with Windows 7" will be available in October 2009. Current Nero 9 and Nero BackItUp & Burn users and new buyers can download free product updates with the Windows 7 support at that time.
