Gigabyte Receives Windows 7 Logo For Socket 775 Motherboard

Gigabyte's GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard received the Windows 7 WHQO logo guaranteeing complete compatibility.

The GA-EP45-UD3P is the first Intel P45-based motherboard, to receive the Windows 7 certification, according to Gigabyte.

Microsoft's WHQL lab has put the GA-EP45-UD3P through its paces, with a rigorous evaluation and testing process in order to ensure complete compatibility with Microsoft Windows 7. By receiving the Windows 7 WHQL Logo, the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P will enable users to witness first hand the new improvements on ease-of-use, performance, power management, compatibility, and a multitude of other new features that the Window 7 OS can deliver.

The GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P features the Ultra Durable(tm) 3 technology and 2 ounces of copper for both the Power and Ground layers, resulting to lower overall operational temperature and higher overclocking margins.
