Dual-GPU AMD Radeon HD 4870 X2 Coming In August


AMD plans to introduce the high-end dual-GPU HD 4870 X2 by the end of July, according to sources at graphics card vendors.

The latest addition to AMD's line-up of graphics cards (RV770XT) will be priced at US$499, Digitimes.com reports.

Reference designs will include 2GB GDDR5 memory onboard.

More details will be available soon.
