Nvidia GeForce 9 Available in February


Nvidia will reportedly release its next-generation GPU GeForce 9 next February.

Digitimes.com reports that Nvidia plans to launch the new D9E chip in February, citing sources at graphics card makers. Nvidia has not confirmed the information.

The high-end D9E chip is expected to support DirectX 10.1 and Shader Model 4.1, and it will be manufactured using the 65nm process.
