AMD RV635 Pro Coming Next February

AMD is reportedly planning to launch two versions of its RV635 graphics chip, XT and Pro, in January and February next year.

The RV635 XT will have a core frequency of 800MHz, and 256MB GDDR3 memory, while the RV635 Pro will have a core frequency of 600MHz, and 512MB GDDR2 memory. Both will support 128-bit memory bandwidth.

AMD has not officially confirmed the information, which was reported today by Digitimes.com citing industry sources in Taiwan.
