Nero announced the release of their latest
product, Nero Mobile, a content-centric media solution, which
transforms mobile phones, PMPs, and PDAs into true feature-rich
mobile media centers.
Now users are able to carry their digital photo, video, and audio
content with them wherever they go using Nero Digital technology,
a codec that compresses digital files while maintaining outstanding
audio and visual quality. Nero Digital also resizes content to
automatically fit chosen digital profiles including iPod, MDAs, XDAs,
and PSP.
Nero Mobile and Nero Digital Audio+ technology turn users? mobile
phones into powerful hi-fi devices by compressing entire CD albums,
including album art, into a single file that is, on average, as small as
three typical MP3 files, while preserving the highest audio quality
previously unimaginable with technologies such as MP3. Nero
Digital Audio+ technology retains highest fidelity sound quality even
at its 44:1 compression ratio.
The photo feature makes large, bulky photo albums a thing of the
past. Now users can share digital memories with friends and family
on a PDA or smartphone with background music and slideshow
capabilities.
The collections feature of Nero Mobile enables the user to create and
organize custom photo, video, and audio playlists with additional
customizable options like shuffling, random playback, and easy
content searching.
Nero Mobile also offers UPnP networking capabilities for direct
access to media centers such as Nero MediaHome. During UPnP
streaming, Nero MediaHome automatically adjusts home content to fit
the profile of the Nero Mobile-supported portable device.
?Nero Mobile brings new life to mobile phones,? said Ivan Dimkovic,
Product Manager Audio and Mobile Solutions, Nero AG. ?With
outstanding audiovisual quality and easy connectivity to the home
multimedia world, Nero Mobile enables seamless content mobility and
eliminates the inconvenience of carrying multiple costly gadgets in
your pockets.?
During IFA 2006, Nero Mobile will be demonstrated at Nero?s booth in
Hall 2.1, Booth 134.
