New ASUS HDCP-Ready Graphics Cards

ASUS introduced the EN7900GTX/2PHT/512M, one of the world?s first graphics cards to support HDCP digital content protection.

Powered by the Nvidia GeForce 7900GTX GPU and 512M DDR3 memory and featuring ASUS-developed Splendid Video Intelligence Technology, the EN7900GTX/2PHT/512M is a promising solution for high-definition game graphics and quality digital entertainment.

HDCP (High-Definition Digital Content Protection) protects digital entertainment content across the DVI/HDMI interface. It is a cost-effective and transparent method for transmitting and receiving digital entertainment content to DVI/HDMI-compliant digital displays.

With ASUS Splendid Video Intelligence Technology, HDCP images enabled by the EN7900GTX/2PHT/512M are fined tuned to deliver visual representations in conditions most favorable to the human eye. Splendid enhances graphics by intelligently adjusting color, brightness, sharpness and contrast.

A powerful GPU and sufficient memory are critical for high-definition and latency-free gaming. The NVIDIA GeForce 7900GTX GPU has been selected as one of the best video solutions thus far in 2006 by the world?s foremost IT media. The 512MB DDR3 memory allows the graphics card to process large amounts of data faster, resulting in a video solution that is ideal for gaming and digital entertainment.
