ASUS EN7600GS TOP Promises High-Performance Cooling at 0dB

ASUSTeK Computer Inc (ASUS) today introduced the EN7600GS TOP graphics card. It incorporated the ASUS patented GPU-on-the-back ReverseCool Technology , which delivers efficient cooling at 0db.

Powered by the Nvidia GeForce 7600GS GPU and -2 DDR2 512M memory, the EN7600GS TOP Silent delivers a 25% performance increase compared to generic 7600GS cards.

The EN7600GS TOP Silent adopted a unique cooling solution that positioned the GPU (graphics processing unit) and heatsink on the backside of the graphics card, placing them directly in the airflow path of the CPU fan for fast heat dissipation.

Besides providing larger heat exchange area, the extended heatsink takes on a clamshell design, which enables users to open up the heatsink, like a clamshell phone, for enhanced ventilation. By leveraging the CPU fan, the all-new ASUS graphics card is fan-less and operates at 0dB for quiet computing.

The EN7600GS TOP Silent incorporates 2 DDR2 512M to deliver a 25% performance hike. Its Dual-Link feature further supports 2560x1600 resolution for the best quality image during various graphics functions.

The board also offers wide display connectivity options ( HDTV-out, DVI, TV-out, Dual VGA, DVI+VGA, DVI+TV-out).

The EN7600GS TOP Silent is now available worldwide. For more information, visit the company homepage at www.asus.com.
