Philips Helps You Update Your Firmware


Philips Optical Storage Division has created a new unique tool the Philips Intelligent Agent, designed to keep optical drives up to date.

This tool will assist customers to keep their Philips Optical drive up to date in a very simple, easy and transparent way .

The Philips Intelligent Tool regularly checks for product Firmware updates on the internet and automatically offers the correct download for the end users optical device without the hassle of searching through long lists and complicated navigation. It includes a hot pluggable device detection for USB based products.

The Philips Intelligent Agent supports existing OS ( XP,2k,98,...) + prepared for Vista as well.
