Samsung Reveals 8GB Hard Disk Phone

Samsung announced on Monday the SGH-i310 its phone, Samsung's first smartphone equipped with a 8GB Hard Disk Drive.

The i310 model combines a phone, a 2 megapixel digital camera, and a MP3 player. It enables users to carry around 2,000 songs (4MB/song) wherever they go.

The Samsung i310 comes with the latest version of Windows Mobile 5.0 for Smartphone. It also supports enhanced music function with Bluetooth stereo (A2DP), digital power amp and dual speakers.

The i310 will be showcased at the CeBIT show in Hannover, from March 9th to March 16th . It will be released in Europe in mid 2006.
