God of War and Shadow of the Colossus lead this year's list.

The full list of nominees of one of the biggest game awards ceremonies, the Game Developers Choice Awards, were revealed on Monday.

presented each year at the Game Developers Conference in association with the International Game Developers Association (IGDA). The GDC Awards are chosen for developers by developers.

Sony's God of War and Shadow of the Colossus top the list this year with six and five nominations respectively. The sixth annual Game Developers Choice Awards will be held on March 22 at this year's GDC in San Jose, California.
