Nvidia bundles GeForce 6200 Turbo Cache-based graphics cards with motherboards

Nvidia has partnered with four motherboard makers to push the sales of 915PL chipset-based motherboards that bundle GeForce 6200 Turbo Cache-based graphics cards.

The four makers are Asustek Computer, Gigabtye Technology, Micro-Star International (MSI) and Albatron Technology.

The bundled products target the Asia-Pacific region, the sources noted.

The FOB prices of the motherboards, including the graphics cards, are US$99-119. The bundle deal will be about US$10 cheaper than the separate purchases of the two items.

Nvidia and the four makers may continue to push the bundled sales if their initial shipment target of 100,000 sets is achieved, the sources stated.
