Christer Sjstrm new CEO for AudioDev

AudioDevs board have chosen Christer Sjstrm, currently Executive Vice President of Europe at TAC AB, as the new CEO of AudioDev AB.

Christer has been working within TAC AB since 1998, developing its European operations from sales of 800 million SEK to todays 2 billion SEK. Before his position at TAC, Christer has held a number of leading positions within ABB Stal, both in Sweden and in the USA. Christer holds a Masters of Science in Physics and an MBA from the University of Uppsala.

We are very glad to have been able to get Christer on-board. He has the experience and competence that perfectly matches the profile we were looking for says Sven Ohlsson, Chairman of the Board, AudioDev AB. Christer will take up his new position as soon as possible, subject to negotiation with his current employer. Christer succeeds Thomas Vonheim, who has been acting CEO since September 2004. Thomas will return to his position as a board member after Christer takes up his duties at AudioDev.

It will be very interesting to lead AudioDev. The company is well positioned and has a strong financial position. I am convinced that my background and experience will fit AudioDev and contribute to its future development says Christer Sjstrm.
