Sanyo’s coming up with 24x


Here are some more details about the new 24x drives by Sanyo. Both CRD-BP1500 (ATAPI) and CRD-BP5 (SCSI) models will feature 24x write, 10x re-write and 40x read speeds. Their writing buffer is 2MB and the access time is 130msec The CRD-BP5 model will have a SCSI 3 connection and the drives support the Burn Proof technology, as expected
